NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bryan Adams and Shalynn Adams, Personal Representatives of the Estate of Ricky Lynn Adams, deceased (hereinafter called “Personal Representatives”), having filed in this Court a Final Account of the administration of the estate, a Petition for Distribution of the estate and for final discharge of Personal Representative, the hearing of the same has been fixed for the 13 day of May, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., before this Court at the Stephens County Courthouse in Duncan, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in the estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have why the account should not be settled and allowed, and the estate distributed and the Personal Representative discharged.

TURLEY, deceased, dated the 16 day of November 2020, and there was also filed in the Court the Petition of RUSSELL L. TURLEY, JR. and RICHARD L. TURLEY praying that the Will be admitted to probate, Letters Testamentary issued to them as Personal Representatives of the Estate, to serve without bond and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent.
