Brad Lee Ledford

Brad Lee Ledford, age 42, a lifelong resident of the Corum community, passed away Friday morning, June 17, 2022 after a brief illness. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Weaver Chapel Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday from 11:00-7:00, with the family receiving friends from 5:00-7:00

Brad was born on April 1, 1980 in Duncan, OK to Junior and Ruby (Martin) Ledford. He attended Oklahoma School for the Deaf in Sulphur for ten years. He loved working on the farm and combing wheat in his John Deere Tractor. He was seldom found without his Mountain Dew , and picture book. His favorite meal was chicken fried steak with a big salad. When he went through town he always signed to make a stop at Sonic. He had a routine and made sure everything was arranged to his liking. When you couldn’t find Brad, he would always be organizing the barn.

Survivors include his mother, Ruby, of the home; one brother, Mark Ledford and wife Shlynn, Comanche, OK; and Marti Keeth and husband Lonn, of California. Also, his niece Laney Ledford Tibbs and husband Cade, Tishomingo, OK, and Braden Ledford, Tulsa, OK; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Junior.
