Roy F. Ritter

Roy Fredrick Ritter was born March 13, 1936 in Saginaw, Michigan to Fredrick A. and Lora Marie (Vietengruber) Ritter. He entered into his heavenly home on Thursday, February 17, 2022. He was 85 years old. A funeral service was held on Monday, Feb. 21st at Freedom Biker Church, with Billy Morgan and Randy Southerland officiating. Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, under the direction of Comanche Funeral Home.
After graduating from Bay City Central High School, in Bay City, Michigan, Roy served in the Army National Guard. He and Georgene Irish were united in marriage on June 11, 1960. They were married 48 years before her death in 2008. Later he married Carol Lehman on August 15, 2009, and also preceded him in death on March 5, 2021. Roy retired from General Motors after thirty-two and a half years of loyal service. He attended church at New Hope Baptist West, and also Freedom Biker Church.

Roy is survived by his daughter, Lynnel Boyles and husband Mike, Comanche; son David Ritter and wife Sherri, Marion, Texas; Gayle and Kristina Repp, and children, Cache; Tammy and Mark Rogers, and children, Oklahoma City; and Matt and Mandy Repp, and children, Fletcher; his grandchildren: Roy Adams and wife Channing, Austin, Texas; and Jennifer Self. and husband Tyler, Rattan; Toni Ritter, Marion, Texas; Brian Ritter, College Station, Texas; Jason Boyles, Oklahoma CityK; Justin Boyles and wife Shanon, Duncan; Joshua Boyles, Duncan; and Brittany and Tyler Nations, Duncan; her great-grandchildren: Lynnlea, Rheagan, Eli, Chambers, Emma Marie, Zack, Jordyn, K’Lee, Autumn, Spencer Wayne; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Georgene, his second wife Carol, a son, Donald Ritter, and a brother, Billy Ritter.
