Charis Center presents 6th annual Comedy & Coffee + Cake

Charis Center is presenting its 6th Annual Comedy and Coffee on Thursday. This year’s event will be held at the Simmons Center.
This event is a clean comedy show, and tickets include coffee by Viridian and an array of special cakes by Special Days Cake Boutique. Charis Center is excited to bring Jeff Allen in for this year’s event. His rapid-fire humor, which centers on marriage and family, is a hit with all ages. A comedy favorite, Jeff has appeared on Dry Bar Comedy, Netflix, Amazon, and numerous network television shows.

Charis Center offers pregnancy-related services to women and families in Stephens County by providing pregnancy confirmation, ultrasound, and Empowered Parenting Classes. All services are provided at no charge.

This is a fundraiser for the organization, and Charis Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Kimberla Treat, Executive Director, said they are “completely funded by local donors, so this event is vital to making sure we are able to remain open and offer hope and help to women and families”.

Tickets can be purchased ahead for $30 (two for $50) at the Simmons Center or Charis Center, 1700 West Jones, online at eventbrite, or at the door for $40.00. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for coffee, dessert, photo booth, and live entertainment. The show starts promptly at 7:15 p.m. in the Theatre.
