CTHC to host event with Katey Jo Gordon

Chisholm Trail Heritage Center staff members are hosting their second Lunch and Learn event featuring special guest Katey Jo Gordon from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. July 15 at CTHC.

Gordon was the winner of the second season two of the Ultimate Cowboy Showdown hosted by Trace Adkins. Gordon competed against thirteen other individuals in challenges meant to test their skills, passion, grit and knowledge according to the USC website.

Gordon will speak with guests about her experience on the show and what it takes to be the ultimate cowboy.

“We want to thank our board member Mike Smith for coordinating with Katey Jo to bring her in for Lunch and Learn,” said Scott Metelko, CTHC executive director.

Lunch and Learn is free and open to the public. Guests should bring a sack lunch to eat during the program.
