The Comanche boys also took a pair of losses on the road to drop to 2-5 on the season.

“We’re not going to replace one my leading scorers Myles Ellis (who was injured in the first game) who scores 15, 16 or 17 points a game, but we’ve got to have guys step up who are ready to compete and do the things we ask them to do and do things that are beneficial toward the team,” said Anthony Bowie, head coach. “That’s going to help build up our confidence. I’m confident in any kid I put out there, it’s going to take time. We weren’t expecting to have multiple starters out and experienced guys in the first part of the season. It’s a little bit of adversity that we’re facing, but I feel confident we’ll be back to play the way we are capable of playing.”
