Comanche softball to host regional

(Updated to show Millwood will not be sending a team.)

With their second place finish in District 3A-1, the Comanche Lady Indians will be hosting a regional tournament. The two-day tournament is scheduled for Sept. 21-22. Times will be determined later.

Comanche (16-11) will host Luther (11-7) and Crooked Oak (0-10) for the Region 2 tournament. It is a double elimination tournament.

Comanche will get a bye since Millwood will not be sending a team. Luther is the No. 3 team from District 2 and Crooked Oak is the No. 6 team from District 3.

The district tournament winner will advance to the Super Regional Tournament the following week.
