Cynthia Sue Coder Dye

  Cynthia Sue Coder Dye, age 59, died Wednesday February 13th, 2019.
  The gathering to celebrate Cindy’s life will be held Saturday February 23rd, 2 p.m. at the Comanche First Baptist Life Center, 315 Oak Main, Comanche, Ok.
  Cindy leaves behind her two daughters, Katelyn Schornick of Duncan and Sarah Schornick of Yukon and her grandson Jackson Schornick of Duncan. Cindy is also survived by her brother David Coder, his wife Darla, and her nephew Ricky Coder.
  Cindy was born September 11th, 1959 in Comanche OK. There she attended Comanche High School graduating in 1977. Shortly after graduation she moved to Duncan where she worked for Duncan Regional Hospital as a Certified Nurse's Aide and later worked for an Emergency Medical Service in Duncan using her ability to handle traumatic situations to help and rescue others.
  Several years later Cindy became a stay at home mother who enjoyed raising her daughters. Her favorite moments were taking them fishing and camping with family and friends.
  Cindy had an infectious laugh and a sense of humor that attracted many friends. She loved listening to Rock N Roll and enjoyed dancing. In the last few years Cindy devoted most of her time to her grandson Jackson whom she loved dearly.
  In 2004 Cindy married her beloved husband Jack Dye of Duncan where they shared several years before his passing in 2011.
  Besides her husband, Cindy was also preceded in death by her father and mother Richard Lee and Joan Belle Coder of Comanche, and Sister Linda Kay Harrison of Duncan.
